A significant part of this professional background was developed through years of experience in the United States, where exposure to structured working practices, service standards and results-driven operations helped form a management approach based on accountability, documentation and measurable execution. That international experience is combined with direct knowledge of property development and site operations in Cyprus.

This combination matters. Property management cannot be reduced to collecting maintenance fees or arranging cleaning. A manager must understand why equipment fails, how preventive maintenance reduces future cost, how contractors should be controlled, how budgets relate to physical assets and how technical decisions affect owners over the long term.
